Urbz Capital Utrecht

SkyClean has recently completed the cleaning, painting, and repair of over 4,500 m² of cladding at a large distribution center in Utrecht, owned by Urbz Capital. Our work not only greatly improved the appearance of the facades but also contributed to sustainability by using high-quality, weather-resistant coatings. The project was part of a broader renovation effort, with a focus on enhancing the aesthetics and longevity of the cladding. The distribution center has a total area of 19,000 m², but our work was exclusively concentrated on the exterior. Take a look at the photos below to see the transformation.
