SkyClean revitalizes Frasers Property at Handelsweg 26 in Zeewolde

SkyClean is proud to have completed a comprehensive cladding cleaning, painting, and repair project at the Frasers Property distribution center in Zeewolde. This large-scale project focused on restoring and enhancing the appearance and functionality of the facility, ensuring it meets the highest standards.

Project highlights include:

- Warehouse: Cleaning 15,125 m² of cladding, concrete plinths, and aluminum frames, followed by repainting 14,665 m² of cladding and 101 dock doors in modern RAL colors. Additional enhancements included aluminum frames, emergency doors, and overhead doors.‍

- Office: Cleaning and repainting 835 m² of white brickwork and 500 m² of aluminum frames to create a fresh and cohesive look.‍

- Fire water tank: Cleaning and repainting 675 m² of cladding to match the facility’s updated color scheme.‍

- Damage repair: Restoring façade cladding and removing adhesive lettering from doors for a flawless finish
